Sumac Wax Candle Set

This set includes four handmade, genuine Japanese candles made with 100% natural sumac (HAZE) wax. The sumac wax is a scarce material and the fruit can be harvested only in East Asia, including Japan. Each piece is handmade by the master artisans at DAIYO in Shiga Prefecture. It is said that there are only 10 master candle-making artisans in Japan! The burn is very clean and creates a beautiful warm glow.

Materials: HAZE (sumac) wax, rush weed, WASHI-paper, silk fiber *Although technically labeled as white in color, they have a slight yellowish green tone to them.
