The Now: W A N D E R S T A T E Mercantile offers a brick and mortar experience for your shopping needs in the heart of downtown Chamblee, GA.  The shop is a woman owned small business, run by Stephanie Young. We strive to provide a high level of service where you can come in to shop, chat, drink some tea with us, and leave as a friend. Our interiors reflect a zen and minimalist vibe with Japanese and Scandinavian design elements. Our products are intentionally chosen with an emphasis on handmade, small batch, eco, and socially conscious independent brands. Stephanie also provides home design services to the Atlanta and metro area!

The Before: After ten years of work in the fashion industry, Stephanie took those experiences to create and curate an inclusive shop for her customers and home design clients. That 'form and function' ideal and inspiration from architecture and different cultures is at the core of what draws her to the design world.  And with a lust for traveling, she would always gravitate towards local, well made items to bring back that would have a place in her home - a souvenir of sorts, a fond memory. With a culmination of those things, WANDERSTATE was born. Check out our sister site for home design and styling needs with offerings in virtual and in person design projects.  www.wanderstateco.com
