It gives us sweet juiciness and a buttery texture. In this jam, Sqirl marries it with, if you can believe it, passion fruit from a 6th generation farmer, for a unique twist highlighting how it can taste both winter and summer all at the same time. This jam is the best seller on Sqirl's restaurant menu when it's in season.
