Okumidori Ceremonial Grade Matcha

The Okumidori Blend is single origin ceremonial grade matcha from Wazuka, Japan. Wazuka is a small town in the Kyoto Prefecture, Uji Region, where the mountain terraced slopes allow for thick fog clouds to form creating the perfect conditions for the tea fields to thrive.

We recommend this for everyday avid matcha latte drinkers. The bright green sweetness is also met with hints of umami that are grounding and aromatic, with notes of florals, pea, and edamame.

Little Matcha Studio matcha latte preparation:

1. Soak your bamboo whisk. 
2. Sift 4 grams of matcha into a chawan.
3. Add 2oz of water at 170F and begin to whisk in a zigzag motion to froth and aerate.
4. Add in 6oz agave or sweetener if needed and pour over your preferred milk choice.
