May 4th: Ceramic Pot Embellishing Workshop

Let your creative juices flow with this new workshop taught by Katie Troisi, Atlanta ceramicist. Due to time constraints and with a focus on design, Katie will pre-make the plant pots. At the workshop, you will then embellish your pot by using different techniques that will be taught- attachments using slip and score method, stamping, carving, and 3D shapes. Play with positioning and overlapping too!

We encourage you to bring your own items to use for impressions if you want but Katie will have some as well to use. Examples include: lace, shells, stamps, flowers. 

SMALL 4" Approx. Height $45.00

LARGE 7" Approx Height $75.00

A speckled tan clay will be used so you can then choose a glaze color. Glazing and firing will happen back at Katie's studio and the finished pieces would be ready within an estimated two week time frame. 

Tickets are non-refundable 48 hours prior to the day of the workshop.
