Masumoto Apricot Noyaux Fruit Spread

Notes: Rich apricot, zing, and almond roundness.  

Origins: Apricots from Masumoto Family Farm. Golden sweet apricots are a great canning apricot as it carries a balances tart-sweet finish. The fruit is married with their Noyaux, hand cranking the apricot kernels for their ‘almonds’, which are toasted and then steeped into the preserve as it cooks. A labor of love! 

Ingredients: Golden Sweet apricots, cane sugar, lemon juice
