Calming Golden Latte contains single-origin, sustainably grown Lakadong turmeric, a remarkable variety of the golden superfood that boasts a curcumin content of 7-12%. A gentle sprinkle of black pepper boosts the absorption of its bioactive curcuminoids by 2000%., so that all of its goodness has its effect on your body. Adaptogenic ashwagandha and aromatic cinnamon add layers to its flavour while ensuring that you find your balance with every sip you take.

Savor this latte hot or cold, with milk of any origin or without. Honey makes a great choice for a sweeter if needed. For a quick cup, in a microwave-safe mug, combine 1 cup (8 fl-oz or 240 ml) milk and 1 teaspoon Classic Golden Latte and heat until it is at your desired temperature. *As it is a powder, sometimes it can get clumpy when directly poured into liquid. We recommend taking the required 1/2-1 teaspoon of Calming Golden Latte powder in a small bowl, mixing it with a bit of water to make a paste before pouring it into milk.
