Sahohime Ceremonial Matcha

Sahohime is named after the goddess of spring. This blend from Kagoshima is organic and ceremonial grade (first harvest or flush). 

Flavor notes: balanced umami with fresh sweet grass.

Little Matcha Studio matcha latte preparation:

1. Soak your bamboo whisk. 
2. Sift 4 grams of matcha into a chawan.
3. Add 2oz of water at 170F and begin to whisk in a zigzag motion to froth and aerate.
4. Add in 6oz agave or sweetener if needed and pour over your preferred milk choice.
