Oct 8th: Make a Pinch Pot Mug!

Join us for a fun Sunday afternoon from 1-3PM to make your very own pinch pot mug! Katie Troisi, a local Atlanta based potter, will teach and assist by providing a demonstration on basic pinch pot construction then go over refining the shape and surface of your choosing. After the mug has taken form, she will go over how to make and attach a handle and adding decorative elements like carving or stamping. A limited selection of colors will be offered for glazing. 

The pieces will then be sent back with her to fire, glaze, and fire again before being delivered back to the shop for pick up. Then you can enjoy your hand made mug every morning while you sip on coffee or tea. :)

The price includes instructor time, all supplies and tools, as well as the firing service, and delivery back to the shop.

Refreshments will be served during the class and as always, the shop will be open for you to browse.
